I have this direct marketing company for a client and they are a great success story. The owner started the company in his garage and it grew from there into over 100 full time employees. Part of our job was to create a work environment that made their employees happy to come to work and be proud of where they spend it.

When we finished the first 56 workstations, everyone thought there would never be a need for any additional. Well they have grown and we have grown with them. We completed another 43 stations for them back in December of 2007 by knocking down a warehouse wall and recovering an underutilized space. They still have not stop growing and with parts of the US economy in recession, took the initiative to grow again and we were able to create 15 telemarketing stations for them in a 24×16 space. These are some pictures on how we used our AIS system to give each worker their “own space”, even when we are running out of space!
